About Worldwide Dive and Sail

Worldwide Dive and Sail is owned and managed by Frank Van Der Linde and Mark Shandur. They maintain a hands-on approach to running the business and are supported by an international team of experienced divers and travel experts.

Founded in 2003 by Frank and his dive buddy Alex, Worldwide Dive and Sail’s first sailing yacht, then called the Sampai Jumpa, began by offering trips to the Similan and Surin islands of Thailand. Since those humble beginnings, the company has moved forward in leaps and bounds. With a new Siren Fleet liveaboard yacht built each year and partner yachts also available, the Worldwide Dive and Sail destinations portfolio soon expanded to include such places as the Mergui Archipelago of Burma, the Andaman Islands in India, the Philippines, Komodo & Raja Ampat in Indonesia as well as the Maldives.

Our latest ventures have brought us to Palau and in 2013 we will also provide a year-round diving experience in Fiji. But it doesn’t stop there for in 2014 we will begin operation in Truk Lagoon! Worldwide Dive and Sail truly sets out to offer the ultimate liveaboard diving experience.

Our fleet of 6 yachts provides you with liveaboard diving trips in Palau, Indonesia, Fiji, the Philippines or the Maldives. Each yacht remains in its destination country year-round so you have plenty of options for dates of travel and a wide variety of itineraries to select from.

The owners and managers are all diving professionals and whenever possible will be found on our yachts.
