Are you a passionate diver with a talent for sales? Join the Master Liveaboards team! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive new booking opportunities and manage relationships with dive centres and direct guests. This is a remote role requiring a proactive individual to represent our global brand within the UK market.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will handle inbound enquiries via call, email, and Live Chat, while also hitting the road to visit UK dive clubs and centres. You will be responsible for:

  • Generating new B2B and B2C sales and hitting monthly targets.
  • Providing an exceptional booking experience using our CRM and in-house systems.
  • Attending UK trade shows and hosting club nights to promote our world-class itineraries.

Who You Are

  • A Diver: You are a qualified diver or possess extensive knowledge of the diving industry.
  • A Sales Professional: You have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales environments.
  • Mobile: You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel for club visits and events.
  • Organised: You have high attention to detail and can work independently from home.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week, including a one-hour daily rest period). Part-time applications will be considered for the right candidate.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Reservations Consultant to manage the guest journey from confirmation to departure. Based in our Phuket head office you will be the primary point of contact for agents and direct bookers, ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will take ownership of the post-sales administration process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Booking Management: Managing handovers from Sales, booking domestic travel and accommodation, and issuing accurate invoices and documentation.
  • Customer Support: Handling guest interactions via call, email, and Live Chat, ensuring all queries are resolved within our agreed SLAs.
  • Operational Liaison: Producing accurate trip sheets for our Destination Management teams and conducting booking audits to maintain high standards.
  • Revenue Support: Achieving targets for upselling onboard extras and travel services to enhance the guest experience.

Who You Are

  • Highly Organised: You have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage complex administration tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have strong IT skills and ideally have experience using CRM systems or travel booking platforms.
  • A Natural Communicator: You possess an excellent telephone manner and professional written communication skills.
  • Team Player: You can work independently within a remote or office environment while collaborating closely with Sales and Operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (rotational shifts: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, or 10:00–18:00). 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays as required by the business.

  • Customer Excellence: Responding to new enquiries within two hours and maintaining a professional, success-orientated attitude.
  • Brand Ambassador: Representing Master Liveaboards at international trade shows and hosting club nights.

Who You Are

  • A Proven Closer: You have a track record of meeting sales targets and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Savvy: You are a qualified diver or have extensive knowledge of the diving industry.

  • Mobile: You are able and willing to travel internationally (particularly to the USA) on a regular basis.

Master Liveaboards is a globally recognised liveaboard diving brand, working with a fleet of custom built scuba diving vessels in some of the world’s most iconic dive destinations including the Galapagos, Maldives, Egypt, Indonesia, Philippines, Truk Lagoon, Bikini Atoll, Palau, Solomon Islands, and Thailand.

This role is suited to a professional dive leader who enjoys working directly with guests and crew and who takes pride in delivering exceptional diving holidays. As Cruise Director, you are the central point of coordination onboard, ensuring guests feel informed, supported, and well cared for throughout their trip. You will work closely with the Captain and shore based teams to maintain high standards of safety, service, and organisation in line with Master Liveaboards brand standards.

Your focus will be on guest experience, dive operations, and day to day onboard coordination. You will support safe diving practices, manage guest communication, assist with crew coordination, and handle basic onboard administration and onboard sales. A strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure are essential.
Candidates must be a qualified dive instructor with a minimum of 500 logged dives and at least one year of experience working on liveaboard vessels, or equivalent maritime experience in a professional operational environment. Strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work confidently in multicultural teams are essential.
